6 Correcting Mapper ErrorsEdit
Every so often the PowerTools will get an error code and not allow you to access some realms. There are two ways to fix this.
Different Operating Systems require different means of removal, so I can't go into specifics on that. What you need to do is completely remove the RoE PowerTools from the directory (IE My Documents or C:/ ) that you downloaded it too. Reinstall the mapper into a different directory then the one you used before.
Deleting the XMLEdit
Download File First off make sure the PowerTools is closed. If you downloaded the PowerTools to the default directory (My Documents) then access My Documents and look for the file called "RoEPowerTools Saved Files". Go into the "RoEPowerTools Saved Files" file and access the file for the realm you are having issues with (IE if you can't access r4 the go into the file titled "RealmOfEmpires.com.Realm4" ). Delete the XML file titled "Realm4". Reopen your PowerTools and click the download latest data button.
